Christine Dennis
LCSW, Master’s Degree in Social Work, Certified Expressive Arts Therapist
Christine Dennis
At the center, Christine shares her love of the arts by providing sound bath meditations. She is also available for private and corporate sound baths on weekends. Christine values the experience and benefits of being immersed in sound while giving oneself permission to explore within. When we slow down our bodies to focus on our breathing, heartbeat, and thoughts, we are often challenged with finding a way to separate ourselves from our racing minds. Being alone with our thoughts can be intimidating, and silence is when we are most vulnerable. Through sound baths, Christine provides an opportunity for people to experience their subconscious while still drifting in and out of awareness as they are encapsulated by sound.

Elle Szames
Elle Szames
Born into two families that endured immense hardship, Elle’s heightened sensitivity became both a challenge and a calling. Instead of letting it overwhelm her, she turned it into a force for healing. This deep connection with energy led her on a lifelong journey of exploration, study, and mastery.
With certifications in Personal Training, Metabolic Health Coaching, Nutrition, Sound Healing, Reiki, and Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), Elle seamlessly bridges the gap between science and spirituality, offering a holistic approach to wellness. Her expertise allows her to guide clients through profound transformation—whether through movement, nutrition, or the vibrational medicine of sound.
At the core of her work lies the ancient art of sound healing. Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other high-frequency instruments, Elle crafts immersive sound journeys designed to:
- Soothe the nervous system
- Release emotional blockages
- Restore energetic balance
- Elevate consciousness
Each session is more than just a sound bath—it’s a vibrational recalibration, a full-body reset that aligns you with your highest self.
Now, as a member of the Frequency Healing Team, Elle invites you to step into a space of healing, creativity, and transformation. Whether you seek stress relief, energetic balance, or deep spiritual connection, she’s here to guide you.
